There is no doubt that lack of opportunities and discrimination exists but some women just don't help themselves to opportunities as much as some under-qualified men do.
Men seem to live by the motto of "Blag your way to the top" while women seem to be more modest in their route to ascending to the top.
I am happy to see that more of the top jobs, particularly in the U.K, having been going to women as I am sure they can and will add value in ways men can't and won't.
